Menu
The Studio presents a tasting menu featuring the bounty of local producers. Please allow 2 to 2.5 hours for dinner.
The price of dinner is $180 per person plus an additional 20% service charge, which is shared amongst the entire team. Additional gratuity is not expected.
A beverage pairing is available for $100.
Many but not all dietary restrictions can be accommodated. When booking, please notify the restaurant of any allergies or aversions.
Corkage
$30 per 750ml bottle, up to 2 bottles per party.
Children
Due to the length of the meal and miniature nature of our restaurant, we discourage bringing young children unless they are able to partake in the full tasting menu.
Private Dining
For parties between 7 and 14 guests, please inquire about private dining at: events@sunmoonstudio.com.
Late Arrival and Cancellations
Your table can be held for up to 10 minutes for late arrivals. Parties arriving late may not be able to enjoy the full meal in the remaining time.
If you need to cancel, please do so 4 days or more ahead of your reservation. Cancellations 3 days or fewer before a reservation, including for the reduction of a party size, will incur a fee of $75 per guest.
While existing reservations cannot be traded for future dates, they can be transferred to another party. Please email to inquire further.
Getting Here and Parking
Our address is 1940 Union St. Ste. 21 in Oakland, CA 94607. The Studio is located on 21st street to the left of the roll up gate in the navy blue building and across from EBMUD facilities.
Street parking is available and we advise you keep your car empty of any belongings.
Ride share to our restaurant is also encouraged.
Please note we do not have a waiting area for early arrivals. Brix Factory Brewing, GhostTown’s taproom and Prescott Market are great options close by while we prepare your table.
