Sun Moon is popping up in Japan! We’re excited to announce our collaboration dinners with Chef Tashi Gyamsto of Enowa in Yufuin. Having worked together with him in New York at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, we can attest first hand to Chef Tashi’s dedicated use of the freshest, highest-quality ingredients to create incredible dishes.

We’re looking forward to collaborating with him at this stunning botanical retreat. Our menu will be a reflection of the both the familiar Sun Moon aesthetic and our shared approach to cooking, utilizing the bounty of the Enowa Farm and surrounding agriculture in Yufuin.
